How do I book a cleaning?
Fill out our free quote form with your contact details and the service you need, or call us at 561-510-8870. You can optionally add your city or ZIP code, approximate property size and preferred dates in Job details; no full street address is needed for an initial quote. We will confirm your price and book your appointment by phone, email or text, usually the same day. Every cleaner we send is background-checked, we are fully insured, we use eco-friendly products, and all of our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.
When will I get a confirmation?
You will receive confirmation by email and text once your appointment has been reviewed and scheduled.
When will I be charged?
Payment is securely processed according to the terms confirmed at booking. If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
We ensure a delightful experience for our clients through a rigorous vetting process that includes thorough interviews, extensive experience evaluations, and comprehensive background checks for all cleaners, going above and beyond.
Can I reschedule a cleaning?
Yes. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations or changes may be subject to a fee under our Terms of Service.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
We generally provide the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you have preferred products or special cleaning requests, simply let us know when booking.
How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
One of the best things you can do is make sure there is as little clutter as
possible. The cleaners will need to have access to surfaces to clean and if
they are covered up by too much clutter, they may be inaccessible.
Communicate with your cleaner(s) when they arrive (if you are home) and
plan to make sure the cleaner has space to clean. Children, pets and other
adults in the way can really hinder a job from being done in the best way
possible. It can also be hazardous. Vacuum cords, cleaning products and
supplies will be in the area with the cleaner and to mitigate accidents from
happening it’s best to give them space.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
It is completely up to you. If you will not be home, please provide clear access instructions, including any gate codes, lockbox details, keys, or alarm information. All Shinepro Group cleaners follow our onboarding and insurance requirements.
